StrongBoard Balance Offers Certification Course at Auburn Fit on February 19

Fitness Professionals in San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento & Nearby Communities Are Invited to Take Their Business to the Next Level with SBB Certification!


AUBURN, Calif. ( February 6, 2017) – The makers of StrongBoard Balance® are inviting fitness professionals in San Francisco, San Jose, Sacramento and adjoining communities to join a certification course at Auburn Fit in Auburn. The 8-hour session, which will educate fitness professionals to train and instruct using the critically acclaimed balance board, is equal parts interactive lecture and hands-on demonstration, and is approved for continuing education credits (CECs) by ACE, NASM, AFAA and NSCA.


The StrongBoard Balance Personal Trainer and Instructor Certification course will run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, February 19 at Auburn Fit, 140 Cleveland Ave. Auburn, Calif. 95603. Participants will receive a StrongBoard Balance Training Course Manual and eight hours of comprehensive instruction on important elements of balance training. The class will show fitness professionals how to develop a curriculum to execute exercises, assess clients to create a suitable training program, identify and describe positions on the balance board and more.


Although anyone may participate in the course, those seeking a certificate and continuing education credits must already hold a fitness license from an accredited organization. For a list of accredited fitness organizations, click here.

The course cost is $295 and those registering by February 12 will save 25 percent registering alone, or 50 percent when they register with a friend. Students wishing to purchase a StrongBoard with the certification course save an additional 25 percent on the board.
